Box Office Policies
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for CAST season productions, and other events at CAST, are generally available on the CAST website 4 weeks prior to the production or event opening. After that date, tickets can also be purchased in person at the CAST office during posted office hours. Tickets will also be available at the box office 30 minutes before each performance. CAST accepts all major credit cards, checks written out to CAST, and cash. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, which must be received at the time of purchase. Ticket reservations may be taken by phone only if the caller is willing to provide credit card information. CAST would like to remind all patrons that when ordering tickets online for any of our productions or events, your confirmation email will come from TicketPeak. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your junk folder before contacting us to resend the confirmation.
Season Tickets
Season tickets are available for purchase from the CAST website, office and box office. Each season ticket allows you to have a reserved seat for one performance of each season production.
Ticket Exchanges
Only season ticket holders have the privilege of exchanging tickets for another performance. Ticket exchanges can be requested through the CAST office, or at the box office. Exchanges will only be accepted prior to the performance date. Season ticket holders may not request ticket exchanges after their assigned performance.
Surrendered/Unclaimed Tickets
CAST will not resell tickets that are unclaimed at the start of each show. However, if a theater patron chooses to surrender tickets, those seats will become available for others to purchase. If the ticket is sold, the money will not be refunded back to the patron.
Discounts
A group discount of $2 off per ticket is available for groups of 10 or more. Please contact CAST for more information on group discounts. If you are using a discount, coupon, gift certificate, or voucher, you must let us know at the time of ordering.
Refunds
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for unused tickets, whether they were purchased individually or as part of a season subscription. If you are not able to attend a performance, we recommend you share your tickets with someone who can.
Inclement Weather
It is the policy of CAST not to cancel performances due to bad weather. We urge our ticket holders to make every effort to attend the performance for which they hold tickets. Season ticket holders have the privilege of exchanging their tickets by contacting the CAST office. There are no refunds for bad weather.
Seating
At CAST, we use reserved seating for all season productions. Most other events are general admission. For season productions, each person will be assigned a seat. We ask that you sit in the seat assigned to you in order to avoid confusion and congestion in the theater. Patrons requiring special seating due to a medical condition should contact CAST to make advance arrangements. Wheelchair seating is available.
Cameras, Recording Equipment, Cell Phones, Pagers, Etc.
The use of audio and video recorders is strictly prohibited in the theater. Photos may be taken before, during, and after performances, but no flash photography. We ask that you be respectful of those around you when taking photos. Please silence all cell phones, and exit the theater if you need to make a phone call.
Babies and Small Children
We welcome all children who are old enough and mature enough to enjoy a performance at CAST. We appreciate and support getting young people involved in the arts. If your child should become restless during a show, simply take the child out of the theater to calm down. If you have any questions about the appropriateness of a performance, please let us know.
Food and Beverage
Refreshments are generally provided at intermission, for a donation. Snacks must stay in the reception room and not be brought back into the theater.
